Professional Experience :

Around 36 years of progressively responsible professional experience in the water resources sector  implementing the policies, programmes and projects of Government of India. Key areas of specialization include water resources/hydropower project planning, due diligence, hydraulic and structural analysis and design engineering of surface and underground components of the project including project implementation monitoring.

He has made significant contribution to several prestigious projects in India and abroad.Has been involved in the implementation of the Tribunal awards/Agreements on select Inter-State rivers in the country and in the implementation of the bilateral Treaties/Agreements on transboundary rivers with Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal through the G2G mechanisms.

Publications/ Recognition :                                                                                 

He has to his credit around 30 papers in National and International Conferences/Journals/Springer publications. Recipient of IGS-AFCONS award for the best paper and recipient of Landmark Publication award on three occasions.
