1. Survey & Investigation&/or  preparation of DPR: Investigation of Water Resources Development Projects in North East India (Kolodyne, Tipaimukh High Dam, Sessiri, Kamlang, Tuivai, Tuipui, Tuivawl, Tuirini, Mat Valley, Tuichang, Tuirialetc), Jharkhand (Balpahari Dam Project, DVC’s Rim Embankment around Maithon Reservoir & 31 Irrigation Projects) & West Bengal (Manas-Sankosh-Teesta Link Canal of Interlinking of rivers Project).
2. Hydel Civil Designs of HEPs –Ranganadi, Parnai, Western Yamuna Canal, Purulia Pumped Storage, etc
3. Formulation & Implementation of Schemes : Formulation, approval and implementation of schemes such as PradhanMantriKrishiSinchaiYojana (PMKSY) (HKKP) for Minor Irrigation Projects CADWM, FMBAP schemes, AIBP for Major & Minor Irrigation Projects in NER.
4. International matters:

1. Participated in bilateral cooperation meetings in water sector with Officials from Bhutan, Bangladesh and China, helped foster good neighbourly relations. Was Indian Team Leader in India-Bhutan Joint Expert Team (JET)and Joint Technical Team (JTT). Was Memberin Joint Group of Experts (JGE).
2. Executed the rehabilitation of 5 Mini Hydels in Bhutan at Gidakom, Hesothangkha, Chumey, Chenary and Lhuentse during the period 1999-2002.
3. Management of Flood warning operations arising out of landslide dam failure in China on YarlungZangbo/ Siang River of 19^th to 22^nd October, 2018 and of 29^th October to 1^st Nov, 2018 on 24/7 mode alongwith WRD, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh , CWC HQ and Ministry in a well coordinated manner.
4. Overseen the India-Bangladesh joint hydrological observations on Ganges during lean season at Farakka and at Hardinge Bridge, Bangladesh

5. Appraisal & Monitoring of Project - Works related to Techno-economic appraisal of various MMI projects, construction monitoring of 5 MMI projects, SMI, CADWM, FMBAP schemes .Facilitated Central Assistance forongoing and new projects.
6. Flood Forecasting/ Hydrological Observations: Gauge/ discharge and Flood Forecasting related matter in Brahmaputra Basin & Barak and other Basins in NERegion.
7. Others  : Was Member of NGT driven Expert Committee for revival of stalled Lower Subansiri Project(2000 MW), Implementation of  Rs. 233.57 Cr Flood Protection works at Majuli Island, Drainage Development schemes in Assam, Organized a River rafting expedition on Brahmaputra river from Indo-China border upto Indo-Bangladesh border, Arbitral cases and Contract Conflict negotiation, National Projects, Assessment of Irrigation Potential of NE States, Chief Vigilance Officer and Chairman of Committee for Selection of Deputationists& Other personnel in Brahmaputra Board etc.
