The request for obtaining Hydrological data is required to be submitted to respective field Chief Engineer of Central Water Commission in proper prescribed Data Request form along with Secrecy Undertaking (enclosed below). A brief note about the purpose of data request, study area and methodology of the project, justificationof requested data and duration of the concerned work/study may be provided along with the Data Request Form. The hydrological data shall be released for use for specific purpose after ascertaining its legitimacy/justification. The Data indenter would be informed about the postal/media charges, if any, to be paid by them by the concerned field formation of Central Water Commission for release of data. Approved data shall be obtained from respective Divisions.
